A little preparation helps us make the most of your time with Dr. Walton.

  • Your medical recordsBring your records with you, or ask your referring doctor to fax them to our office before your appointment.
  • X-rays from the emergency roomIf you were seen in an emergency room and had an X-ray, please bring the films and the report.
  • All of your medicationsBring the medications you take, so we can make sure your records are complete and accurate.
